You are very much an inspiration AND a plethora of new food ideas for me. I LOVE egg salad and you added bacon and spinach to your sandwich the other day and I nearly lost my mind. I had NEVER thought of that and now I can’t stop thinking about it. I’ve already talked to one of my fave cafes too about adding it. lol. Great idea – my favorite foods.
